Allows you to sort your Outlook or ACT! databases by almost any criteria, lookup or group, then mass assign representatives and starting events at your desired intervals. Trickler allows you to better manage your work-flow. For example; if you had 500 leads and wanted to send three letters then make a follow up telephone call, you could select all, and start 10 a day every other day, so that you would not have 500 calls to make on the same day.  This is a utility that usually only requires one license per company. (Highly recommended, unless you have a very small number of contact records to start on campaigns.)
